Salmon Boats
Cook the eggs for 10 minutes, then shell them carefully.
Cut the eggs in halves, remove the yolks. Crush the yolks with a fork and work them into a smooth paste with mayonnaise.
Fill the egg whites with the paste and garnish the eggs with smoked salmon.
