Broccoli Salad with Vinaigrette
Beat the oil with vinegar, then add the mustard.
Add the minced parsley, tarragon and thyme, then minced shallot and radishes.
Put the cooked broccoli on a serving plate and season with the vinaigrette.

6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
2 parsley sprigs
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp thyme
1 shallot
2 radishes
