Crush the biscuits finely with a blender, keeping them separated. Add to each dough 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
Put the cocoa dough into a prepared springform pan and level the surface.
In the same way, create a new layer with the egg biscuits dough.
Beat cheese, cinnamon and sugar until soft.
Spread cheese mixture over base and level the surface.
Let set in refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
Garnish with honey before serving.

250g Philadelphia cheese
