Melt the butter in a large pan and fry the minced onion and ginger, until tender.
Add the sliced okra, cumin and coriander. Cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until okra is tender.
Stir-Fried Okra
200g fresh okra
1 tbsp butter
1/2 onion
1 piece of ginger
1/2 tsp cumin seeds, ground
1/2 tsp coriander seeds, ground
