Omelette with Black Pepper
Beat the eggs with milk and olive oil.
Heat some oil in a frying pan, pour the egg mixture, cover and cook 5 minutes.
Don't turn the omelette upside down. Put it on a serving plate, with honey and grinded black pepper. Serve hot.

2 eggs
125ml milk
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. honey
black pepper
