Yogurth Zucchini
Cut zucchini into slices about 1/2 cm.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the zucchini slices on medium heat, until brown.
Remove from oil and let drain.
Minch the garlic and mix with yoghurt.
Cut fryed zucchini coarsely and season with yoghurth sauce.
