Cook the rice and drain well. Set aside.
Boil the spinach and drain well. Blend with basil, almonds, walnuts and garlic.
Season the rice with this green sauce, setting aside a few tablespoons for garnish.
Place the slices of salami into 8 small molds and divide the green rice.
Bake in oven for about ten minutes until the salami become crisp.
Garnish with a dollop of green sauce.
Green Rice Boats
80g rice
8 slices of Hungarian salami
150g spinach
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp walnuts
1/2 clove garlic
