Mix the flour with baker's ammonia, add the sugar, the beaten eggs, melted butter and 4-5 spoonful of milk.
Knead until the dough is smooth.
Roll the dough into a cylinder shape 2-3 cm in diameter, then cut in 1 cm lengths.
Sprinkle with milk and icing sugar and put on a buttered baking pan.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 25 minutes.

200g sugar
160g butter
2 tbsp baker's ammonia
2 eggs
milk
icing sugar
