Maitre d'Hotel Butter
Mix together butter, tarragon and parsley. Add the garlic, lemon juice and Worchester Sauce and mush together with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
On a sheet of wet baking paper, add the butter and roll it.
Stick it in the freezer to firm up.

2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 pinch dehidrated garlic powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
5 drops Worchester Sauce
salt, pepper
