Winter Vegetarian Chili
Chop the onion, garlic and chili and fry in olive oil for five minutes in a large saucepan.
Peel the sweet potato and cut into 1 cm cubes, then add to the pot.
Cook for a few minutes, add the cumin, coriander and cinnamon, and finally the canned tomatoes and red beans well drained.
Season with salt, add a glass of water and cook covered over low heat for an hour.
Remove cover and cook for 20-30 minutes, until potatoes are soft.

2 mild chilies
2 clove garlic
1 sweet potato
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
250g cooked red beans
250ml canned tomatoes
salt, olive oil
