Radicchio Sauce
Cook the radicchio in salted water until tender. Drain it well.
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Fry the minced onion with lard, then add coarsely chopped radicchio and potatoes.
Cook for a few minutes, then blend sauce until smooth.
Serve with toasted bread.
