Stir-fried String Beans
Snap off ends from string beans, and cut into 3-4 cm long pieces. Cook in salted boiling water and drain them well.
Heat sesame oil in a wokA pan with a round bottom, of Chinese origin, used to stir-fry foods., add minced beef and sugar and fry until meat turns brown. Add beans and cook two minutes.
Remove from heat and season with minced scallion, soya sauce and sesame paste.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

1 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. sesame paste
1 scallion
1 tsp. Sugar
