Farinata (Chikpeas Focaccia)
Preheat oven to 200° (392 F).
Mix chickpeas flour with 700ml water, carefully. Add minced rosemary and let rest 1 hour.
Add olive oil and salt, then pour in a oiled baking pan.The mixture should not be higher than 1 cm.
Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes, until golden brown.
