Curry Omelette
Slice the onions finely.
Fry onions, minced garlic aand ginger in a frying pan with 2 tbsp. oil. Cook 15 minutes, then add the crushed almonds and curry.
Beat together egg and parmesan in a bowl, then add the onion mixture and stir well.
Cook the omelette normally, turning it upside down when the bottom is light brown.

3 white onions
3 eggs
40g almonds
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. minced ginger
2 tsp. curry
4 tbsp. grated parmesan
