Soft Fruit Ice Cream
Cut the soft fruit into small pieces.
Whip the cream, add the sugar, the soft fruit and the milk.
Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze for 40 minutes.

Serves 3-4:
200g soft fruits (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, currant, black cherries)
70g sugar
100ml heavy cream
175ml milk
