Gnocchi with Bacon
Fry the bacon in the butter one minute. Remove from the pan and cut into slices.
In the same pan, fry the minced onion, chili powder and marjoram. Add yogurt and fontina cheese cut into small cubes. Stir until melted.
Add the bacon and remove from heat.
Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water, drain them well when they come up and put them in the pan. Cook two minutes and serve hot.

400g gnocchi
1 tbsp butter
half onion
50g bacon
1 pinch of chili
1 tsp. marjoram
50g fontina (or cheddar)
4 tbsp. whole yogurt (or single cream)
