Cheese Muffins
Combine the durum wheat flour, white flour and grated parmesan. Add beaten egg, melted butter and Dijon mustard.
Dissolve the baking powder in the milk and mix well.
Spoon the batter into the buttered muffin pan 2/3 full. Cover and let rest 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 15-20 minutes. Grill-bake for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.


Cheese Muffins

Makes 12 muffins:
125g all-purpose flour
125g durum wheat flour
7g baking powder
1 pinch salt
80g grated parmesan
1 egg
50g butter
200ml milk
3 tsp. Dijon mustard
