Mix flour, sugar, chopped hazelnuts and baking powder. Add the beaten eggs.
Melt the chocolate with the butter over very low heat and add to the mixture. Add the milk.
Grease a muffin pan and in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 15-20 minutes.
Rustic Chocolate Muffins
Makes 12 muffins:
150g all-purpose flour
50g wholemeal flour
150g sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
40g chopped hazelnuts
2 eggs
50g butter
100g milk chocolate
50ml milk
