Muhammara (Walnut Hot Sauce)
Grill the chili peppers and the garlic in the oven for about ten minutes. Peel them and remove chili seeds and stems.
Chop all the ingredients until smooth.
Serve with pita or toasted bread slices.

50g walnuts
100g sweet or mild chilies
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp molasse (or brown sugar)
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 sprigs fresh mint
