Pizza with Sausage and Gorgonzola Cheese
Roll the dough out thin and put in a greased baking pan.
Skin the sausage, crumble it and put on the pizza.
Add gorgonzola and mozzarella cut into cubes.
Bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 30 minutes. Serve hot.

Serves four:
350g pizza dough
200g sausage
200g gorgonzola cheese
150g buffalo mozzarella
