Peel the apples and remove the core. Peel the onions.
Mince the apples with onions, parsley and gorgonzola.
Divide the dough into six equal pieces. Roll them out very thin and put in a greased baking pan.
Spread the apple mixture on the minipizza.
Bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 20 minutes.

2 apples
200g gorgonzola cheese
2 onions
3 sprigs of parsley
