Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes.
Greased with olive oil two aluminium paper sheets. Divide the sausage, potato cubes, sliced cheese, sliced potatoes and rosemary.
Close the wrapper, crimping the edges so that each is sealed.
Bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 30 minutes.
Serve in the paper with the top rolled back.

Serves two:
200g sausage
2 potatoes
100g pecorino pepato cheese
2 baby onions
2 sprigs of rosemary
