Fried Sage with Batter
Sift flour into a bowl and gradually stir milk into flour. Stir the mixture until it has a smooth consistency.
Stem the sage leaves, wash and dry.
Place the leaves in the batter one by one and fry them a few at a time on both sides until golden brown.
Serve immediately.

30-40 sage leaves
1 handful white flour
milk
frying oil
