Lined up Anchovies
Clean and bone the anchovies.
Put them in a large well-oiled baking pan. Sprinkle with parsley, pepper, salt, sliced garlic, lemon juice and olive oil.
Bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 20 minutes.
