Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, then add the flour.
Add grated parmesan, cumin and paprika, mix well, cover and let rest 2 hours.
When raised, roll the dough out thin. Use a cookie cutter to cut round shape discs.
Put a piece of cheese on each disc, then fold in half.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 10-15 minutes.

150g all-purpose flour
50ml milk
10g brewer's yeast
60g grated parmesan
1 tsp. cumin, ground
1/2 tsp. Paprika
100g aged hard cheese of your choice
