Hot Carbonara Pasta
Cook the minced colve garlic in olive oil for two minutes, the add the single cream and reduce it for a couple of minutes.
Add the sliced salami and the turmeric powder.
Boil salted water. Add the fettuccine and cook until al dente.
Beat the eggs with the grated cheese and a pinch of salt.
Put the drained pasta in the pot with the beaten eggs.
Stir well, and pour the cream and salami sauce.


Hot Carbonara Pasta

Serves two:
200g fettuccine
70g chorizoA highly spiced and hot pork sausage, used in Spanish and Mexican cooking. (or hot salami)
150ml single cream
1 clove garlic
1 tbls. turmeric powder
2 eggs
3 tbls. grated caciocavallo or other grated cheese
