Puree the strawberries with a blender. Add the milk, the sugar, the lemon juice and the beaten yolk.
Whip the cream, then add it to the strawberry mixture.
Freeze into an ice cream maker for 40 minutes.

Strawberry Ice Cream

200g strawberries
70g sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 yolk
50ml heavy cream
175ml milk
