Blend all ingredients (except khobz bread) in a food processor until thick and creamy.
Serve at room temperature, with toasted khobz bread.

2 tbsp. parsley, minced
2 tbsp. basil, minced
5 tbsp. grated parmesan
1/2 lemon juice
4 tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
