Hot Tuna Salad
Peel the carrot, cut into slices and cook it in boiling salted water until tender.
Drain and rinse red beans and corn.
Put tuna oil, carrot, beans and corn in a salad bowl.
Season with olive oil, minced red chili pepper, coriander and cumin.

150g tuna oil
150g cooked or canned red beans
150g canned corn
1 carrot
1 red chili pepper
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground cumin
