Glazed Almonds
In a large pot, mix sugar with bitter cocoa, then add almonds and water.
Toast over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the almonds crackle. Remove from the heat and quickly stir for a couple of minutes.
Let cool before serving.

2 tbsp. bitter cocoa
