Bulgarian Moussaka
Fry the minced onion in a large pan with two tbsp. of oil for five minutes. Add the minced meat and let simmer five minutes.
Remove from heat and add the potatoes, cut into 1cm cubes, tomatoes, peeled and cubed and minced parsley. Add salt to taste.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 30-40 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked.
Beat the egg with yogurt, flour and chubritza and pour it over the dish.
Grill-bake for 5-10 minutes.
Serve with whole yogurt.

250g minced pork meat
500g of potatoes
1 onion
1 tomato
1 bunch of parsley
1 egg
100ml yogurt
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp chubritza (or savory)
