Herbs and Ham Loaf
Mix together the flours, the minced herbs and the black pepper.
Mix the yeast with the sugar and the milk, then add to the dry ingredients.
Add the beaten egg, olive oil and cream cheese. Knead until smooth, then add the diced ham.
Knead and let it rise 2 hours.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 25 minutes, until golden brown.

200g durum wheat flour
100g all-purpose flour
2 eggs
60ml milk
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
100g ham, cubed
50g cream cheese
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chives
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp oregano
black pepper
