Ginger and Garlic Bread
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water and let rest.
Mince garlic and ginger. Stir the flour with all remaining ingredients, then add yeast mixture.
Knead vigorously for about 10 minutes, until the dough is no longer sticky.
Shape into a loaf and put on a oiled surface. Cover with a kitchen towel and allow to rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Cut a big "x" in the loaf and bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 40 minutes.

200g durum wheat flour
75ml water, warm
12g brewer's yeast
1/2 tsp. Sugar
one piece of ginger
2 clove garlic
1 tsp. Chives, minced
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Grated parmesan
