Pizza with Potatoes and Salami
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Fry the minced clove garlic in a pan with a tablespoon of butter. Add the potato slices, cover and cook over low heat about 10-15 minutes.
Cut the salami and cheddar into slices. Mince the rose mary and grate the pecorino cheese.
Roll the dough out thin and put in a greased baking pan.
Arrange the potato slices on the pizza, sprinkle rosemary and grated pecorino cheese on it. Add salami and cheddar.
Bake in preheated 220° C (428 F) oven 25-30 minutes.

Serves 2-3:
300g pizza dough
2 potatoes
1 clove garlic
100g salami
100g fontina or cheddar
30g pecorino romano cheese
1 sprig of rosemary
butter
