Fry the garlic in a large pan with olive oil 1 minute. Add the minced onion and fry 5 minutes.
Remove the garlic and pour the tomato sauce into the pan. Cook 10 minutes, add the paprika and remove from heat.
Roll the dough out thin and put in a greased baking pan.
Drop the spinach into boiling water and cook 10 minutes. Drain them well and set aside.
Spread the tomato sauce on the spinach.
Bake in preheated 220° C (428 F) oven 30 minutes.

450g spinach
2 onions
1 clove garlic
400g tomato sauce
1 tsp. paprika
