Wash the capers repeatedly to remove the salt.
Roll the dough out thin and put in a greased baking pan.
Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza and arrange the onion cut into thin slices.
Mince the capers and put them on the pizza. Add the emmenthal cut into cubes and thyme.
Bake in preheated 220° C (428 F) oven 20-25 minutes.
Pizza with Tuna and Onions
500g pizza dough
100ml tomato sauce
160g tuna oil
2 onions
20 salt capers
50g emmenthal
1 tsp. thyme
