Put jackfruit, onion, ginger, red chili, mint leaves and all spices into a blender and process into a mixture.
Add besan and mix well. Divide into 8 portions and shape them into 5-6 cm tube-like kebabs.
Fry the kebabs in hot oil until golden brown.
Jackfruit Kebabs
1 can of green Jackfruit
1 small onion
1 piece of ginger
1 red chili
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 black cardamom
2 cloves
1 small piece of cinnamon
10 mint leaves
2-3 tbsp Besan/Chick pea flour
