Mix the minced beef with the beaten egg, sesame paste and vinegar. Add minced garlic and scallions.
Prepare the sour-sweet sauce mixing the ingredients in a bowl.
Wet your hand with a little water, and shape the mixture into small meatballs.
Fry the meatballs in hot seed oil until golden brown.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with the sour-sweet sauce.

350g minced beef
2 tbsp. sesame paste
2 scallions
1 clove garlic
1 egg
1 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Sesame seeds
Sour-sweet sauce:
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp. Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Sugar
