Saffron Potato Puree
Boil the potatoes in salad water, until tender. Peel and mash them with a potato masher.
Add butter, milk and saffron and mix well.
Serve hot, as accompaniment to Meat

1 Kg potatoes
0.25g saffron
200ml milk
30g butter
