Ham and Single Cream Raviolis Pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add raviolis and cook until al dente.
Put the single cream, grated parmesan and nutmeg into a pan and let thicken.
Meanwhile cut the ham into slices,
put in the pan and remove from heat.
Drain well the raviolis and season with the ham sauce.


Ham and Single Cream Raviolis Pasta

Serves two:
250g fresh meat ravioli
100g ham
150ml single cream
3 tbsp. grated parmesan
1 pinch nutmeg
