Separate the whites from the yolks and whip them.
Mix the yolks with the butter and the sugar. Add the whipped whites, the whiskey and the grossly crushed biscuits.
Pour the mixture on a sheet of aluminium paper. Roll to a salami shape then sprinkle with icing sugar. Let set in refrigerator for two hours and serve sliced.
