Bake, peel and seed the red peppers. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into cubes.
Mix together peppers, tomatoes, cucumber and minced onion.
Season with salt, oil and red vinegar.
Serve in the shape of a pyramid, top with chopped parsley and sirene cheese.

1 cucumber
1 small red pepper
2 tbsp minced onion
parsley
