Rolled Turkey with Cranberries
Boil the beans and cut them into pieces.
On each slice of turkey put a chopped walnut, 2-3 cranberries, a handful of diced green beans, some cubes of provolone and a pinch of marjoram.
Roll up gently and place on a serving plate.

Makes four appetizers:
4 slices of turkey breast
4 walnuts
1 tbsp dried cranberries
about 50g green beans
30g provolone
marjoram
