Put two cups of water in a pot with the diced ham, minced ginger and cabbage cut into stripes. Cook 15 minutes.
Pour in the serving bowls, add cucumber cut into sticks and garnish with scallion green slices and fresh coriander.

50g chinese cabbage
50g diced ham
100g cucumber
1cm ginger
green slices from a scallion
1 sprig of fresh coriander
