Mix ricotta with sugar until smooth.
Add cinnamon, grinded pistachios and chocolate drops.
Fill shells, starting at middle and working out to each end.
Sprinkle with bitter cocoa.

8 cannoli shells
500g ricotta cheese
100g sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. chocolate drops
1 tbsp. pistachios, grinded
bitter cocoa
