Thai Noodles
Heat some oil in the wokA pan with a round bottom, of Chinese origin, used to stir-fry foods. and fry sliced mushrooms, and sliced chicken five minutes.
Add the sliced surimi sticks, mussels and minced hot peppers. Simmer 5 minutes.
Cook the noodles until al dente and drain them well.
Put the noddles in the wokA pan with a round bottom, of Chinese origin, used to stir-fry foods. with the beaten egg. Season with Nuoc Nam sauce and soya sauce to taste. Let curdle and serve immediately.

100g chicken breast
100g shelled mussels
100g surimi sticks
1 egg
5 fresh mushrooms
Nuoc Nam (fish sauce)
soya sauce
fresh hot red peppers
