Aromatic herbs cheese
Mince the aromatic herbs and clove garlic. Pour the oil in a small bown and add the minced herbs.
Cut the fontina cheese into 1cm cubes.
Put the cheese in the bowl and mix well.
Serve cold or at room temperature.

Serves four:
400g fontina valdostana cheese
5 basil leaves
1 sprig of parsley
4 sage leaves
1 sprig of rosemary
1/2 clove garlic
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch majoram
50ml olive oil
