Finely chop onions and fry with the butter in a saucepan, until tender. Add the meat cut into cubes, and sauté a few minutes. Sprinkle with flour, then add the chopped canned tomatoes and the beef stock.
Cover and cook over low heat 40 minutes.
Meanwhile peel the potatoes and cut into wedges.
Add the potatoes, marjoram, cumin and paprika and season with salt.
Cook for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are soft.

700g beef
40g butter
2 onions
4 tbsp flour
1 cup (200ml) beef stock
400g canned tomatoes
2 tsp paprika
1 tps marjoram
1 tsp cumin
500g potatoes
