Cinnamon Pastries with Tahini
Roll out the dough very thin, and cut into circles 10 cm in diameter.
Spread a teaspoon of tahini on each disc.
Sprinkle each disc with 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp cane-sugar.
Roll into a tube, then roll again the tube into a spiral, like shown in the picture.
Press with your hands the pastries, then sprinkle with sugar-cane.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 15-20 minutes.
