Oven-cooked Potatoes with Speck Ham
Cut the potatoes into cubes of around 2 cm. Put them in cold water for about 10 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and blot them dry with a kitchen towel. Put them in a baking pan with 4 tbsp. of olive oil and the minched rosemary.
Bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 20 minutes.
Cut the onion into slices, add in the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Add sliced speck, minched marjoram and sliced provolone cheese.
Grill the potatoes for a couple of minutes and serve hot.

Serves four:
750g potatoes
100g speck ham
3 onions
100g provolone cheese
1 sprig of rosemary
4-5 sprigs of sweet marjoram
olive oil
